IT Program Manager - Digital Transformation

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead large-scale technology programs, enterprise modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, program governance, cross-functional coordination, budget management, and successful delivery of complex IT projects aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects and strategic IT programs.

- Develop program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

- Coordinate with engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business teams.

- Establish program governance, risk management, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.

- Track project performance against timelines, budgets, scope, and quality objectives.

- Drive Agile transformation, process optimization, and technology modernization initiatives.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate program status to senior leadership.

- Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful execution.

- Manage external vendors, technology partners, and implementation teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in IT program management, project management, or technology delivery.

- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Experience with program governance, budgeting, risk management, and resource planning.

- Familiarity with cloud migration, enterprise applications, digital platforms, or infrastructure transformation.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Senior IT project managers, program managers, delivery managers, and digital transformation professionals with experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives.
