Key Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of leadership in Workplace Services / IT Service Delivery.
- Proven expertise in Global Service Desk & Onsite Support operations.
- Strong vendor management and global partner performance oversight.
- Hands-on experience with transformation, AI, and automation initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow and NextThink; Agile & ITIL certified.
- Familiarity with cloud-based workplace platforms (email, collaboration).
- Strong strategic thinking, change leadership, and stakeholder influence.
- Prior global leadership experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic roadmaps that align with the joint objectives of both organizations.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between global leadership teams, fostering strong collaboration and transparent communication.
Program Oversight: Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple domains-managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure success.
Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify program risks, ensure regulatory compliance across geographies, and implement mitigation strategies.
Performance Excellence: Define KPIs, monitor progress, and deliver regular performance updates to executive stakeholders.
Innovation & Quality: Champion digital innovation, AI, and automation to continuously enhance workplace services and ensure best-in-class quality standards.
Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives with a focus on adoption, minimal disruption, and long-term impact.
People Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop high-performing global teams across Service Desk, Onsite Support, Hardware Management, SRE, Product Quality & Data.
A highly experienced IT Program Lead to oversee a strategic joint venture program between Client and a partner in india. It's spanning all Lines of Business (LoBs) within the insurance sector incl. peripheral systems as well as reinsurance. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and cross-cultural collaboration.
The Program Lead will coordinate efforts between both organizations to ensure seamless integration and execution of project objectives, delivering innovative solutions that leverage the strengths of each partner. The role require to be a significant time onsite in India.
