In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement activities related to IT products and services, ensuring optimal quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. - Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the IT requirements and plan procurement activities accordingly. - Evaluate and select suppliers based on their capabilities, financial stability, and track record. - Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions. - Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities. - Analyze the performance of suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in IT procurement, preferably in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and trends. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. - Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices. - Proficiency in procurement software and tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Attention to detail and highly organized. - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. - Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
