IT Manager - ERP Implementation (Manufacturing)

About the Role:

Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for digital transformation in manufacturing? We're looking for an IT Manager and ERP Implementation Lead to drive our ERP rollout end-to-end-from strategy and vendor evaluation to go-live and beyond. Reporting directly to the CEO and Group Managing Director, you'll transform our IT systems and elevate our digital brand presence.

What You'll Do:

Lead ERP Implementation:

- Oversee vendor selection, planning, stakeholder coordination, training initiatives, and go-live.

Drive Automation & Innovation:

- Identify manual workflows ripe for automation. Research and recommend modern hardware and software solutions to increase efficiency.

Manage IT Infrastructure:

- Handle licensing, telephony, wireless networks; oversee hardware/software procurement, data management, and asset tracking.

Ensure Network Security & Support:

- Safeguard data integrity with robust backup strategies, security policies, and proactive troubleshooting.

Elevate Digital Brand Presence:

- Manage corporate social media platforms to boost engagement and brand visibility.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 12-15 years of progressive experience in IT within manufacturing environments.

- Proven track record leading full-cycle ERP implementations.

- Deep technical expertise in IT systems, hardware, network administration, and deployments.

- Proficiency in identifying and implementing process automation solutions.

- Strong experience with network security strategies and disaster recovery plans.

- Comfortable managing social media to enhance digital branding and outreach.
