Responsibilities: - Regional ownership of IT Infrastructure matter (projects, operational), covering Asia Pacific countries. - Close engagement with and between local country and global IT team, ensuring strong alignment in IT Infrastructure aspect - Advisory to country's IT infrastructure BAU matter, imposing infrastructure standardization and framework - Stakeholders- engagement and communication, steering IT framework and solution alignment based on global IT and local business strategy Deliverable &amp; Expectation: - IT Infrastructure project and operational management, covering APAC countries, from solution designing, project deployment and operational transition - Mindset of - global standardization, local relevance- - Project management and transition into operational mode - As subject matter expert, competency centre or advisory to countries local IT infrastructure support matter - Solution exploration, assessment, design, and implementation plan - Deriving business requirements &amp; objectives into IT solution deliverable - Provide guidance, training and the necessity to equip and guide local IT team to achieve their local expectation. - Service Management including incidents management, change management and problem management. - Process and document development for operational requirement - Working closely with different IT team &amp; members across whole IT organisation - O365 adoption programs from program development and driving of programs - Ability for business traveling (within APAC), less than 10% of the time. (Example of) Technologies and solutions understanding in: - Azure and cloud solution - O365 - email, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, more - Skype for Business solution (Skype meeting, Skype broadcast) and other conference solution - Microsoft AD, Single Sign On, MFA - Microsoft products such as Windows 10, Windows servers, etc - Understanding of security solution and compliance requirement - open to new technologies and solutions exploration Requirement: - Bachelor of Degree in IT related field preferred - More than 5 years of working experience in related field; younger candidate with relevant background and exposure would still be considered. - Exposure or working experience in regional role
