IT Lead

We are seeking an impactful and visionary IT Lead to drive technology transformation, reporting directly to the CEO.

The role will spearhead ERPNext, Field Assist SFA, Zylem integration, and Superset Analytics, ensuring seamless operations and strategic business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalability, compliance, and innovation.

- Oversee ERPNext, Field Assist SFA, Zylem integration, and analytics platforms, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.

- Manage IT infrastructure including cloud, network, and cybersecurity with focus on reliability and regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and compliance teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance performance.

- Lead vendor evaluation, negotiation, and management to deliver cost-effective, timely, and value driven IT solutions.

- Provide support and continuous improvement for field force operations, inventory, and order management systems.

Experience & Skillsets

- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably with exposure to new-age product and technology companies; 3-4 years in pharma, trade generics, or FMCG would be an added advantage.

- Proven track record with ERP systems, field force applications, and supply chain/inventory tools.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data management, and open-source analytics platforms.

- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (Azure, or equivalent).

- Excellent project and vendor management skills with ability to deliver measurable ROI.
