- Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on performance and security.

- Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware, software, and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

- Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes.

- Implement and monitor security measures to protect the organization's infrastructure from potential threats and breaches.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to IT infrastructure.

- Conduct regular capacity assessments to anticipate future infrastructure needs and plan for scalability.

- Implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and improve overall efficiency.

- Develop and maintain a robust disaster recovery plan to minimize downtime in the event of a system failure or disaster.
