
Position Overview:
The IT Head (AGM/DGM Level) will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise IT roadmap, including ERP management, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and technology-driven process automation across Nature Pearls and Star Rice Land.
This role will play a critical part in supporting operational scalability, ensuring real-time data visibility across procurement, production, supply chain, and export functions.
The IT Head will partner with cross-functional leaders to identify digital transformation opportunities, enhance business continuity and security, and drive cost-effective technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise IT Leadership & Strategy:
- Define and execute the IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth and operational needs.
- Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, and integrations to streamline manufacturing, logistics, and sales functions.
Operational Excellence & Infrastructure:
- Oversee network, systems, and data center management, ensuring 24/7 uptime, data integrity, and security.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices to safeguard critical business and customer data.
Digital Transformation:
- Partner with business leaders to automate processes, leverage data analytics, and drive technology-enabled decision-making.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (IoT, cloud solutions, AI tools) to enhance efficiency.
Team & Vendor Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team capable of scaling with the business.
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, IT consultants, and technology partners, ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery of solutions.
Budget & Compliance:
- Own and optimize the IT P&L, balancing innovation with cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with global data security and regulatory requirements.
Critical Success Factors:
- ERP Modernization: Achieve 100% ERP upgrade and stabilization within the first 12 months.
- Operational Efficiency: Deliver measurable cost savings through IT-driven process automation (target: 1015% reduction in manual effort within year one).
- Security & Continuity: Ensure zero major cybersecurity incidents and 99.9% system uptime.
- Scalable IT Team: Build a future-ready IT organization capable of supporting domestic and global operations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 6 to 12 years of IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years managing ERP and enterprise IT functions in manufacturing, agribusiness, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of ERP implementation/upgrade (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and global IT operations.
- Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks, cloud computing, and emerging digital tools preferred
