IT Head - ERP Implementation

- We are seeking a person to own and drive the technology roadmap across ERP, development, networking, BI, and process digitization.

- This leader will coordinate IT operations across manufacturing and commercial units, work closely with plant and department heads, and transform legacy systems to deliver business value using modern digital tools.

Responsibilities:

- Technology & Team Leadership: Manage internal IT team and external tech partners; own tech roadmap and infrastructure.

- ERP Management: Maintain and enhance a 10+ year-old ERP, ICsoft; ensure data governance and integration across commercial and manufacturing functions.

- Also work with the internal software team to add or customise features which cannot be done in the ERP

- Digitization & Automation: Drive paperless operations (currently 70% complete); implement APIs and digital workflows.

- Reporting & BI: Build dashboards and real-time KPI reports using Tableau; align outputs with executive needs.

- Process & Project Management: Run IT with agile principles; lead initiatives that reduce cost, improve efficiency, and drive adoption.

- On-Ground Execution: Spend 2-3 days in a week at plants; ensure floor-level alignment and successful tech implementation.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

- 8+ years of total IT experience with strong exposure to manufacturing environments.

- Hands-on leadership in ERP management (at least 2 different ERP systems).

- Strong understanding of business functions - manufacturing, finance, purchase, quality, etc.

- Experience integrating ERP with third-party tools using APIs and custom-built software on Nodejs

- Proficiency in reporting/BI tools - designing dashboards, analyzing plant and commercial KPIs.

- Strong project management and team leadership skills
