Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a scalable technology roadmap aligned with the company's business and lending goals. - Oversee IT policies, procedures, and governance structures in line with RBI and regulatory guidelines for NBFCs. - Manage end-to-end functionality and uptime of LOS, LMS, Document Management Systems, and Collection Platforms. - Lead integrations with credit bureaus, payment gateways, CKYC, video KYC, and Aadhaar stack APIs. - Evaluate and manage vendor relationships for third-party system providers. - Establish and maintain data security frameworks in line with ISO/IEC 27001, RBI cybersecurity guidelines, and data privacy laws. - Ensure disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability systems are in place and tested regularly. - Drive automation, paperless processes, and adoption of emerging technologies like AI/ML for credit scoring or early warning signals. - Champion API-led architecture for enabling partnerships with fintechs and channel partners (co-lending, DSA, etc.). - Oversee server, network, and cloud infrastructure management. - Ensure efficient helpdesk operations and support systems for internal teams. - Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient cost controls and value from technology investments. - Lead RFPs, vendor negotiations, and performance reviews for IT projects and AMC contracts. - Build and mentor a strong IT team with skills in systems, security, and software development. - Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
