About the Role:

Judge India Solutions is seeking an accomplished technology leader to drive the organization's consulting, technology, solutioning, and managed services strategy. This role will serve as the key technology executive responsible for enabling business growth through technology innovation, enterprise solution design, digital transformation, and large-scale delivery leadership.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and consulting experience. This individual will lead technology teams, own solution architecture for strategic pursuits, drive RFP and presales engagements, and oversee delivery excellence across enterprise and government clients.

This position requires a leader who can effectively bridge business objectives and technology capabilities while building scalable solutions, driving operational excellence, and establishing Judge India as a trusted technology partner in consulting, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership & Strategy:

- Define and execute the overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational growth objectives.

- Lead enterprise technology transformation initiatives across application development, cloud modernization, AI/ML adoption, automation, and digital platforms.

- Establish technology standards, architecture frameworks, and governance models across delivery and consulting functions.

- Build and lead high-performing teams across engineering, architecture, consulting, product development, AI/ML, and managed services.

- Act as the organization's senior technology advisor for leadership teams, clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Drive innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to create competitive business advantages.

IT Consulting & Digital Transformation:

- Lead technology consulting engagements for enterprise and public-sector customers.

- Partner with business leaders to understand customer challenges and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.

- Guide customers through digital transformation journeys, including cloud adoption, modernization programs, platform engineering, cybersecurity improvements, AI solutions, and operational optimization.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs, technology leaders, and government stakeholders.

- Assist clients in developing technology roadmaps, transformation strategies, and future-state architectures.

Solutioning, Presales & Strategic Bids:

- Own end-to-end solutioning for large consulting, managed services, and technology transformation opportunities.

- Lead technical strategy and architecture for large-scale RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and government tenders.

- Collaborate with sales, delivery, finance, and operations teams to build winning proposals.

- Develop innovative and competitive solutions across managed services, application services, cloud operations, AI services, workforce solutions, and digital platforms.

- Present technology solutions and conduct executive-level client workshops, demonstrations, and architectural reviews.

- Drive effort estimation, risk assessment, pricing inputs, resource planning, and transition strategies.

Managed Services Leadership:

- Lead and expand managed services capabilities across application support, cloud operations, infrastructure management, service desk, cybersecurity, and digital operations.

- Establish scalable delivery models, service governance frameworks, and operational excellence standards.

- Drive SLA achievement, customer satisfaction, service improvement programs, and operational efficiency.

- Develop transformation roadmaps that help clients improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance business outcomes.

- Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion and consulting engagements.

Product Engineering & Innovation:

- Oversee the development, enhancement, and scalability of Judge India's proprietary technology platforms and products.

- Drive product engineering excellence leveraging modern technology stacks including Python, React, PostgreSQL, cloud-native architectures, and AI technologies.

- Lead innovation initiatives focused on AI-driven platforms, intelligent automation, analytics, and next-generation digital solutions.

- Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of enterprise-grade platforms supporting large user communities.

Delivery Excellence & Governance:

- Ensure successful delivery of complex technology programs across enterprise and government customers.

- Define and monitor delivery KPIs, quality metrics, project governance structures, and performance frameworks.

- Drive continuous improvement through industry best practices, process optimization, and automation.

- Ensure compliance with CMMI Level 5, ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, and other applicable governance standards.

- Manage technology risks while ensuring security, compliance, business continuity, and operational resilience.

Talent Development & Organizational Growth:

- Build and mentor technology leaders, architects, consulting managers, engineering managers, and delivery leaders.

- Drive workforce planning, capability development, succession planning, and leadership growth initiatives.

- Establish centres of excellence across emerging technologies, architecture, cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Required Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, IT Services, Managed Services, Product Engineering, or Digital Transformation.

- At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large technology, consulting, or delivery organizations.

- Proven success leading teams of 50+ professionals across architecture, consulting, engineering, and managed services functions.

- Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture, technology consulting, and strategic solution design.

- Demonstrated success leading large RFPs, presales engagements, and multimillion-dollar transformation programs.

- Hands-on understanding of modern technology ecosystems including Cloud, AI/ML, Data Platforms, Application Development, DevOps, Automation, and Enterprise Architecture.

- Experience managing large enterprise or government customers.

- Strong understanding of ITIL, Managed Services frameworks, CMMI, ISO 27001, and technology governance methodologies.

- Exceptional Global stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- A blend of both IT delivery and technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA, master's degree, or advanced qualification in Technology, Engineering, Business Management, AI, or Digital Transformation.

- Experience within IT Consulting, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Managed Services Providers, System Integrators, or Technology Services organizations.

- Experience driving Public Sector, Government, Smart City, Defence, Education, or large Enterprise Transformation programs.

- Exposure to P&L ownership, practice building, capability development, and revenue growth responsibilities.

- Established industry network and strong consulting-led business development experience.
