
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead PI Planning and Sprint Planning sessions in alignment with Agile delivery frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, and GAP Analysis documents.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation, execution support, and defect management.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into deliverables.
- Support process transformation initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities and recommending solutions.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using SQL and Excel-based tools to provide actionable insights.
- Generate and optimize content using AI tools, including ChatGPT, for documentation, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage project documentation and workflows using JIRA and Confluence.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Retail, Commercial, and Lending domain processes to guide solution design and impact analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in digital transformation or IT delivery.
- Industry-standard certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, PSM, SAFe Agilist, or similar.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, BRD creation, and GAP analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (XLS), and analytical reporting.
- Must be proficient in ChatGPT or similar AI tools for documentation, analysis, and productivity optimization.
- Working experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong domain expertise in Retail, Commercial, and Lending functions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking abilities
