Job Description: - To analyse, document and propose solutions for business areas and to prepare functional specifications - Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications - Analyse and document business processes - To provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle - Responsible for documenting business and functional requirements - Interaction with the software engineering team to develop the software solution - Manage requirement gathering and analysing project requirements - Will interact with top management and clients to understand their business processes Skills Required: - Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, computer science, computer applications or information technology - Minimum 2-4 years of experience as business analyst, preferably in a recruitment or marketplace industry - Proven experience in eliciting requirements, gap analysis and testing - Solid experience in writing SQL queries - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint), JIRA, Confluence and wireframes tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as within a team Job Location: Work from office in Central Delhi
