About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing IT systems and recommend improvements.

- Develop process models, workflows, and identify system gaps.

- Work with developers to design and implement solutions.

- Define functional specifications and ensure compliance alignment.

- Conduct UAT, prepare test cases, and validate system functionality.

- Support project planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

- Monitor IT solutions and generate reports/dashboards for insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

- SQL knowledge for data analysis.

- Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
