Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Auditor / Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist with deep expertise in ITGC, ITAC, SOC1/SOC2 audits, and data privacy compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting IT audits, vulnerability assessments, and working with cybersecurity teams to ensure strong controls and regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities - Conduct and document IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) reviews. - Evaluate and validate Information Provided by the Entity (IPE) for accuracy and completeness. - Lead or support SOC 1 & SOC 2 audits, including planning, testing, and remediation activities. - Perform Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing (VAPT) coordination and risk mitigation tracking. - Work closely with internal and external audit teams during IT and cybersecurity audits. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). - Identify IT control deficiencies and recommend improvements to policies and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Compliance) for process enhancements. - Stay current on industry standards, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT). Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or compliance roles. - Strong understanding of ITGC, ITAC, SOC1/SOC2 frameworks. - Experience with VAPT tools and methodologies. - Working knowledge of data privacy laws and standards. - Familiarity with audit management tools and GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Professional certifications preferred: CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 LA. Nice to Have - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and related compliance controls. - Background in financial services, healthcare, or tech industries.
