1. ERP Management - Microsoft Dynamics NAV :

- Lead implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV across group companies.

- Manage ERP modules including Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales & Distribution.

- Ensure seamless integration between ERP and other business applications.

- Drive ERP optimization, automation, and process improvements.

- Coordinate with external consultants/vendors for upgrades and enhancements.

- Ensure data accuracy, system controls, and audit compliance.

2. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management :

- Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud systems, and cybersecurity.

- Ensure high system availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

- Manage IT budgets, hardware/software procurement, and vendor relationships.

- Implement IT policies, governance frameworks, and security protocols.

3. Business Process & Digital Transformation :

- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to align ERP with business processes.

- Identify automation opportunities in manufacturing, inventory, and trading operations.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives and system upgrades.

- Develop dashboards and MIS reporting for management decision-making.

4. Team Leadership & User Support :

- Lead and mentor IT and ERP support teams across locations.

- Provide user training and ensure effective ERP adoption.

- Manage helpdesk operations and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Develop SOPs and user manuals.

5. Compliance, Risk & Audit :

- Ensure ERP and IT systems comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

- Support internal and external audits related to IT and ERP systems.

- Implement data security and access control policies.

- Monitor risks related to system failures, data breaches, and downtime.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

- ERP system uptime and performance.

- Successful implementation of upgrades/projects.

- Reduction in manual processes through automation.

- User satisfaction and issue resolution turnaround time.

- Data accuracy and audit compliance.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred).

- 8 - 15 years of experience in IT & ERP management.

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.

- Experience in manufacturing and trading environments is essential.

- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and system integrations preferred.
