
About the Role:
iSteer is a global technology services and consulting organization helping enterprises accelerate digital transformation. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding in the IT industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and candidate communication.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to support onboarding activities.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
Required Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in the IT industry.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
Required Technical Skills:
- End-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Resume screening and interview coordination.
- Offer management and salary negotiation.
- Recruitment reporting and analytics.
- Employer branding and talent pipelining.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
