Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee the organization's Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, oversee talent management, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance, while partnering with business leaders to foster a high-performing and people-centric culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
- Partner with leadership teams to drive workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers, and separation processes.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, performance improvement plans, and talent reviews.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and annual compensation review processes.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support strategic hiring and workforce planning.
- Identify learning and development needs and drive leadership development and employee capability-building initiatives.
- Manage HR operations, HRMS, employee records, and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, employee engagement, diversity, headcount, and productivity, and present insights to leadership.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation programs.
- Mentor and develop the HR team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Experience:
- 10-15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within the IT Services or Technology industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR leadership role.
- Proven experience managing HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Management, and HR Compliance.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning.
- Hands-on experience implementing HR policies, employee engagement programs, and organizational development initiatives.
- Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms and HR analytics.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and statutory compliance.
