The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for directing and managing Business Intelligence functions that directly support a sales force with a national customer base. This role involves active management of business operations, contracts management, and shared services. The Revenue Operations Associate will increase company revenue through efficient management of functional organizations. This role will enable sales, sales enablement, network operations, and finance organizations to deliver effectively on their business commitments, meeting and exceeding assigned performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage functional organizations, including Revenue Operations, Contracts Management, and Shared Services, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.

- Leading and maintaining KPI dashboards from the account executive and account manager level to KPI dashboards for the CRO and CEO

- Develop and manage core RevOps processes, including territory planning, quota management, pipeline hygiene, and sales process standardization from prospecting to close.

- Oversee salesforce and revenue forecasting and financial planning, including monthly and quarterly assessments, scenario modeling, and alignment with Finance on quota design, and revenue targets.

- Lead pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and QBRs, providing insights on funnel health, deal velocity, and risk.

- Own CRM reporting and dashboards, ensuring accurate visibility into pipeline, bookings, and quota attainment.

- Drive opportunity governance, enforcing stage definitions, close dates, and CRM hygiene to maintain forecast accuracy.

- Coordinate and partner with marketing and sales leadership to develop strategies, programs, and field execution plans.

- Drive initiatives that enhance long-term operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and customer/partner support.

- Perform other duties as assigned by CRO.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/PG in business, finance, marketing, technology, engineering, or finance.

- Minimum 7 years experience in Strategic Operations or Revenue/Sales Operations, with preferred exposure to Network Services, Managed Services, Cloud Services, or Information Technology.

Desirable Experience: P&L management and analysis and utilizing performance indicator metrics.

- Awareness in tech-enabled service models Direct selling and presentations to customers Business-to-business technology marketing/advertising Operating within tech-enabled OSS systems.
