Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in managed office spaces and coworking environments.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and manage the sales lifecycle effectively.
- Partnership & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate consultants, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, networking forums, and conferences to expand the company's market presence.
- Reporting & Strategy Track and report on sales performance metrics, KPIs, and market insights to senior management.
- Provide feedback on pricing, leasing models, and client requirements to help refine offerings.
- Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract potential clients.
Required Qualifications :
- 4-5 years of experience in managed office spaces, coworking, or commercial real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of leasing models, occupancy trends, and commercial space requirements.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus
