Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement Leadership

- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

- Monitor supplier performance, establish KPIs, and implement improvement plans.

- Identify and mitigate procurement risks while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Supply Chain Management:

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Implement best practices in inventory control, vendor management, and order fulfillment.

- Develop and monitor key supply chain metrics and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Align procurement and supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

- Lead cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization, process automation, and cost reduction.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement advanced tools and technologies for enhanced supply chain visibility and control.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement and supply chain team.

- Collaborate with finance, operations, production, and business units to ensure alignment of supply chain objectives with company goals.

- Communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and relevant regulations.

- Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity.

Required Qualifications:

- 11+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or large-scale operations.

- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain optimization.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and procurement platforms.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
