Assistant Manager - Channel Sales (8-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between Isprava and its channel partners including brokers,
ICPs (Independent Channel Partners) and real estate consultants.
- Build, grow, and manage a strong network of channel partners who have access to HNI/UHNI
clients.
- Drive qualified lead generation and achieve sales targets through the channel partner network.
- Onboard and enable new channel partners by conducting regular training, site visits, and
knowledge sessions on Ispravas luxury villa projects.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key partners through consistent engagement,
support, and trust-building.
- Ensure timely communication of product updates, pricing changes, availability, and offers to all
partners.
- Work closely with internal sales, CRM, marketing, and project teams to ensure partner
requirements and leads are efficiently handled.
- Organize and represent Isprava at broker meets, luxury expos, international property shows,
and private channel partner events.
- Track partner performance, share MIS reports, and maintain all records in the internal CRM
systems.
- Regularly analyze the market, competitors, and partner feedback to refine outreach and sales
strategy.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or real estate
brokerage.
- Prior experience in luxury real estate or HNI-focused sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of luxury consumer expectations

This role will involve travel PAN India to different metro cities for channel partner acquisition and meetings at least 7-10 days in a month.
