Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online platforms. - Generate leads and build a sales funnel with regular follow-ups. - Pitch products to clients and explain how the solution fits their needs. - Schedule and assist in product demos with the sales team. - Update lead status and sales activities in the CRM system. - Maintain client relationships during the pre-sales phase. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products. Qualifications: - MBA in Business, Marketing, from Tier 1 Institute, and a graduate in Science/Technology with a minimum of 75% marks. - Strong interest or prior experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or client-facing roles-preferably within the SaaS domain. - Good understanding of the Retail and Supply Chain sectors or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms. - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, if required.
