About the Role:
iSON Xperiences is seeking a highly skilled - Product Manager- with - strong, mandatory experience in the Insurance domain- to lead product strategy, development, and delivery for key digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing insurance products, workflows, and technology platforms, coupled with a passion for building customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end - product lifecycle management- including ideation, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, execution, and launch.
- Work closely with business teams to understand insurance-related use cases such as - policy administration, underwriting, claims, renewals, customer onboarding, and compliance- .
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancement opportunities.
- Develop clear and actionable - Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)- , user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Define product KPIs, analyze performance, and drive data-backed improvements.
- Support the development of digital insurance platforms, APIs, customer portals, and mobile solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure all product releases meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards relevant to the insurance domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience- as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Mandatory experience- working in the - Insurance industry- Life, Health, General, or Digital Insurance.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes:
- Policy issuance & servicing
- Underwriting workflows
- Claims management
- Regulatory/reporting requirements
- Customer lifecycle management
- Experience in Agile/Scrum product delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements, creating user flows, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a - hybrid work environment- and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in InsurTech platforms- , digital customer journeys, or automation solutions.
- Knowledge of API integrations, third-party insurance solutions, or cloud-based systems.
- Experience working with UI/UX teams to develop customer-facing interfaces.
