Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), ETL/ELT processes, data engineering, and related technologies.

- In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge data integration solutions that enable seamless communication across various platforms and systems.

- Youll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and data analytics to drive product strategy, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap for iPaaS, data integration solutions, and business intelligence tools.

- Set a clear vision for the product and ensure alignment with company objectives and market needs.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of new features, product enhancements, and quality improvements.

- Customer & Market Insights: Work with customers to understand their pain points and translate them into actionable product features.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in data integration, ETL/ELT technologies, and business intelligence.

- ETL/ELT Process Design: Lead the design and development of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.

- Partner with data engineers to ensure data is accurately integrated, transformed, and delivered to key systems.

- Product Development: Drive product lifecycle management from concept to execution.

- Define requirements, write user stories and prioritize features that add value to our customers and improve integration and data flow processes.

- Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of AWS, Airflow, and Airbyte technologies into the product stack.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to build data connectors that enable smooth integration with third-party systems.

- AI/BI Enhancements: Identify opportunities to integrate Business Intelligence (BI) features, AI-driven insights, and automation into the product offering, adding value to customer workflows and data processes.

- Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.

- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and other data sources to drive continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update senior leadership on product progress, challenges, and milestones.

- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).

- 12+ years of total experience and 8+ years of strong experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, data products, or related fields.

- Strong understanding of iPaaS, ETL/ELT processes, data engineering, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).

- Experience managing products that integrate multiple data systems and tools, including Airbyte, Airflow, and data connectors.

- Familiarity with BI tools and integrating them into product offerings to provide enhanced data analytics and insights.

- Exposure to AI-driven product features or automation in the data space is highly preferred.

- Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical teams to deliver product solutions.

- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with defining KPIs and product performance metrics.

- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that drive customer satisfaction.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in data integration and business intelligence.

- AWS certifications or hands-on experience with AWS tools like S3, Redshift, and Lambda.

- Ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with cross-team collaboration.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be ready to work from Mysore/Bangalore
