Seasoned professional to lead our EHS and ISO compliance initiatives at our Greater Noida facility. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary architect of our safety culture, overseeing the end-to-end implementation of international standards and regulatory mandates. You will work closely with cross-functional plant leadership, external auditors, and government regulatory bodies to ensure our operational environment remains incident-free and fully compliant. By driving rigorous safety protocols and maintaining high-level ISO certifications, you will directly safeguard our human capital, mitigate operational risks, and ensure the seamless continuity of our business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards to ensure global best practices across all manufacturing processes.

- Design and execute comprehensive industrial safety programs to minimize workplace hazards and foster a zero-harm culture for all on-site personnel.

- Conduct regular internal audits and management reviews to identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions that uphold our organizational reputation.

- Manage regulatory liaison activities with local and state authorities to ensure the facility remains in good standing regarding environmental and safety permits.

- Lead emergency response planning and training initiatives to empower the workforce with the skills necessary to handle critical incidents effectively.

- Analyze safety performance metrics and incident data to provide actionable insights to senior management, facilitating data-driven decision-making for facility improvements.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex EHS frameworks and ISO certification lifecycles, specifically within large-scale industrial or manufacturing environments.

- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from shop-floor workers to executive leadership, through clear communication and persuasive safety advocacy.

- Strong analytical capability to interpret regulatory changes and translate them into practical, on-site operational procedures.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex safety challenges and audit non-conformities under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

- A degree in Engineering or Industrial Safety, supplemented by relevant lead auditor certifications, is essential for navigating the technical requirements of this role.

- High degree of adaptability to an on-site work environment, with the physical presence and leadership visibility required to manage safety operations in a Greater Noida manufacturing setting.

Experience:
