Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear, compelling product vision and strategy for your area of ownership, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points, unmet needs, and new feature opportunities.
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog (roadmap), balancing new feature development, technical debt, and required maintenance based on measurable business impact and ROI.
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed, actionable requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
- Work closely with Engineering Leads, UX/UI Designers, and QA to ensure accurate and timely delivery of features, managing trade-offs and resolving ambiguities during the development lifecycle.
- Drive the product development process within an Agile/Scrum framework, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to define and execute the product launch plan, ensuring internal readiness and successful user adoption.
- Define, track, and analyze key product success metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, user engagement, revenue impact, and adoption.
- Utilize A/B testing, analytics tools, and qualitative feedback to iterate on launched features and continuously optimize the product experience to achieve measurable results.
