- Ensuring that the appropriate records are generated, monitored correctly and appear correctly on end customer billing.
- Performing regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams.
- Documenting revenue flows across critical functions and monitors the same.
- Managing any issue that potentially impacts revenues, from identification through to quantification through to resolution.

Work Experience and Skills required:.
- 8-12 years of experience required.
- An ability to liaise with the business on issues of business performance related to revenue assurance.
- Experience of industry fraud risks and issues that can arise from billing.
- A sound understanding of the technical infrastructure within a telecoms company, including network components, billing, mediation, CRM, and provisioning.
- Good knowledge of tools to process and reconcile data, such as Excel pivot tables.
- Experience of working under pressures to tight deadlines.
