Job Summary:
- The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
