Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales located in Navi Mumbai.
The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, developing sales strategies, leading a team, and achieving sales targets.
Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of ICT products and services, including system integration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and strategies.
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the ICT industry is a plus.
