Manager - Social Media
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals, especially focusing on driving course sign-ups, lead generation, and brand awareness in the AI education space.
- Content Creation & Curation: Develop high-quality, engaging content (posts, reels, infographics, polls, carousels) tailored to platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Campaign Management: Run and optimize paid and organic campaigns promoting certifications, webinars, success stories, and thought leadership content.
- Community Building: Respond to comments and DMs, engage with learners and thought leaders, and participate in relevant AI/tech discussions to build a loyal community.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion. Use data insights to improve content performance.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social trends in AI, edtech, and certifications. Identify opportunities for viral content, partnerships, or timely topics.
Requirements:
- Master's Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience managing social media for an edtech, tech, or SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, emerging tech trends, and digital learning platforms.
- Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Notion, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Excellent written communication skills and a knack for simplifying complex tech topics.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement.
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating content for a technical audience (developers, data scientists, AI/ML practitioners).
- Familiarity with SEO, blogging, or email marketing tools
