Job Description:
- The Pay Per Click (PPC) Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and achieve business growth.
- This role requires a data-driven marketing professional with strong analytical capabilities, deep knowledge of paid media platforms, and the ability to design and implement effective PPC strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- The PPC Manager will conduct in-depth keyword research, create compelling ad copies, optimize bidding strategies, and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- They will collaborate closely with design, content, and analytics teams to enhance ad performance and landing page conversions through continuous testing and optimization.
- The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, generating detailed reports, and providing actionable insights for improvement.
- The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager, along with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking.
- Strong copywriting skills, an understanding of retargeting and audience segmentation, and familiarity with automation tools or scripts will be valuable.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth digital marketing environment while maintaining a continuous focus on innovation and performance optimization
