Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager-Presales to support our sales teams in the delivery and sale of our products and solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the capabilities of our products, and help tailor the solution to their business requirements.
This role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to influence key decision-makers and drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to identify their requirements, processes, pain points, challenges, and opportunities to pitch and sell our products.
- Conduct discovery sessions and requirements gathering to align the proposed solutions with client needs.
Solution Presentation and Demonstration:
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and solutions.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions for prospective clients.
- Preparing sales proposals and presentations, ensuring all technical and business aspects are addressed.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) of product, platforms, software, and solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of the solution with client needs.
Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to support sales cycles from initial contact to closing.
- Provide detailed technical insights to support pricing and solution positioning.
- Assist in creating proposals, RFP responses, and bid documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends of the products technology, regulations, and market demands.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product offerings by providing feedback from clients and prospects.
- Support smooth handovers from sales to implementation teams, ensuring proper alignment of client requirements.
Requirements:
Who You Need to Be:
- Experienced in presales, business analysis, or solution engineering, ideally within the financial services sector will be preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative selling skills.
- Experience with CRM software, presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and document creation.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and handle multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for technology and innovation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
