You will be leading and growing a team of product managers. Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the overall engineering function for iServeU - A leading Banking as a Service fintech platform, including tech strategy, tech stack direction and engineering team management. Desire to accelerate career path through a challenging and rewarding experience. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Oversee all elements of engineering within the organization, including technological strategy, tech stack direction, process execution of best practices, and engineering team management. 2. As a member of the leadership team, contribute to the broad product direction on a strategic level. As needed, interact with investors and advisers. 3. Define and manage the complete solution stack's technological landscape and blueprint. 4. Manage the engineering team's direct leadership of the end-to-end technological execution. 5. Assist with the engineering hiring process as well as continuous talent development. 6. Assist the engineering team with hands-on technical leadership. 7. Ensure that best practices, techniques, and procedures for software development, quality assurance, and maintenance are followed consistently. 8. Assist product managers with sprint planning, delivery, and release management. 9. Support the development of the transformation infrastructure (workstreams, leaders and hold function leaders and workstream leads accountable for driving change, achieving goals and targets 10. Help in setting and measuring quantitative goals around business outcomes and transformation progress (e.g., measures of speed, quality, etc.) 11. Effectively demonstrate peer influence as a fully integrated member of the executive team 12. Build strong partnerships and bridges between organizations and break silos by escalating challenges, facilitating problem solving and helping to remove barriers Eligibility: 1. Minimum 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree in computer science OR 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. MS / M.Tech) in computer science; OR a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD in computer science 2. Must have worked on a wide range of full stack technologies, including web, mobile, data, and infrastructure 3. Relevant sector experience - Fintech / Payment Platforms, E-Commerce / Marketplace, Blockchain / Decentralized Finance or other SaaS based companies. 4. Prior experience directing high-growth engineering teams and creating large-scale digital solutions is required 5. Confident and aggressive communicator who works well with a wide range of audiences (who may or may not be technical). 6. Appetite for experimenting with new technologies and techniques in order to spur innovation and creativity 7. Demonstrated strategic ability to solve complex global cross-functional issues exercising critical thinking and sound judgment 8. Demonstrated ability to strategically lead cross functional teams through high impact complex business issues that do not have precedent
