Consultant  2.1 Job Description  The iRunway Consultant will lead the offshore engagement and take complete ownership of specific client interactions and multiple projects from India. He/she will be the one-point contact for the Solutioning team and the client, and ensure projects are executed on schedule. Apart from working with top litigators and experts in technology litigations to help them win multi-million dollar lawsuits, the Consultant will need to mentor team members regularly and walk through walls to get the job done.   Key responsibilities:  - In-depth involvement in the Service Line/Technology   - Interact closely with clients to identify and understand projects and opportunities   - Work with the Solutioning team to identify client needs where iRunway can add value  - Monitor overall project operations and ensure their timely execution within budget  - Lead & monitor the team’s performance to ensure efficiency in process operations and meet individual & group targets  - People development – should coach, mentor and identify development needs of team members  - Ensure security of data, IT systems and other physical assets of the organization   - Provide timely reports to the management  2.2 Requirements  - Capability to quickly understand complex/ cutting-edge technology issues, across domains and execute tasks effectively  - Effective communication and presentation skills  - Efficient project management, administrative and organization skills  - High proficiency in Common MS Office applications  - Ability to cope with conflicting demands and prioritize tasks  - Willingness to travel at short notice  - Experience in managing international clients will be an advantage  2.3 Eligibility  3-5 years of professional experience in the Services Industry, IT Services or technology consulting services.  - The applicant should hold a B.Tech/Dual Degree from IIT’s & NIT’s, in CS/ Electronics/ ECE/ Electrical subjects and MBA from IIM’s/ ISB.  2.4 Compensation - The compensation package is of industry standards and a mix of salary, performance based bonus and stock options.  2.5 Job Location - Bangalore, India
