Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pan-regional distribution network for the Hot Sauce category.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors across General Trade and Modern Trade.
- Drive new brand introduction activities and ensure availability across target markets.
- Coordinate with sales teams for demand planning, stock movement, and activation support.
- Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and market coverage.
- Handle product listings, promotions, and visibility in supermarket and retail chains.
- Resolve on-ground operational issues related to supply, routing, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide insights for product and distribution improvement.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-7 years of experience in FMCG distribution or market operations.
- Strong understanding of General Trade, Modern Trade, and distributor ecosystems.
- Experience in launching or scaling new FMCG products is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel for distributor and market engagements.
