IRIS Software - Lead Business Analyst - Capital Market Domain

Job description :

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to Regulatory Reporting (preferred) or Capital Markets with OTC Derivatives.

Key Requirements :

- Strong experience in Regulatory Reporting (preferred) or Capital Markets with OTC Derivatives.

- Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).

- Hands-on experience in Domain Testing, SIT, UAT, and Defect Management.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to effectively bridge business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to lead discussions across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Good understanding of Trade Lifecycle and Financial Products.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Exposure to Banking / Investment Banking domain
