Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned business units.

- Monitor financial performance against targets and provide actionable insights.

- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior management.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them make informed financial decisions.

- Evaluate revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability across service lines and projects.

- Support contract negotiations and pricing decisions with financial analysis.

- Oversee revenue recognition, project costing, billing, and compliance with accounting standards.

- Monitor working capital, receivables, and cash flow management for business units.

- Implement cost optimization initiatives and track financial efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to corporate finance policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls.

- Collaborate with audit teams and ensure timely closure of financial audits.

- Maintain compliance with tax and regulatory guidelines impacting business operations.

- Manage and mentor a small team of finance professionals.

- Drive collaboration across finance, operations, and delivery teams to achieve organizational goals.

- Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), business finance, and MIS reporting.

- Proven ability to drive cost management, revenue analysis, and profitability improvement.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS/US GAAP) and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Workday preferred).

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage with senior leadership.

- Ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional degree.

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in business finance, FP&A, or corporate finance (preferably in IT/Software/Technology sector).
