IRIS Software - Business Analyst Lead

- As a Business Analyst Lead, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. Youll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements, design business processes, and ensure smooth product delivery. This position demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience in client-facing roles.

- You will be responsible for end-to-end business analysis activities from requirement gathering and process documentation to solution validation and stakeholder communication while contributing to product roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and business stakeholders. Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for system and process improvements. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases). Ensure clarity and accuracy in business requirements throughout the SDLC.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure proper implementation and testing of requirements. Act as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between clients, business users, and technical teams. Participate in project kick-offs, workshops, and user training sessions. Effectively communicate project status, deliverables, and key issues to stakeholders. Build long-term client relationships through transparent communication and consistent delivery.

- Map, document, and analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization. Develop as-is and to-be process flows using modeling tools and frameworks. Recommend process improvements aligned with business objectives and best practices. Collaborate with product managers to define and refine the product roadmap.

- Contribute innovative ideas and best practices for product and process enhancement. Support UAT and functional validation, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

- Prepare comprehensive documentationBRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, test scenarios, and reports. Create and deliver presentations, reports, and demos to communicate insights and recommendations. Maintain traceability of business requirements through development and deployment.
