Job Description:

- 10-15 Years exp seasoned BA/Prodcut owner for this role who would not be coding but closely working with technology team and business stakeholders.

- Qualified in IT or related discipline with multiple years of demonstrated experience as a Tech Business Analyst or Tech Product Owner.

- 3+ years of digital delivery experiences using microservices.

- Background in delivering cloud-native solutions.

- Strong analytical skills and proven track record solving difficult problems.

- Experience with test-driven development, test automation & continuous delivery.

- Outstanding social and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing and peer programming.

- Experienced in Agile / Scrum projects.

Desirable Skills & Knowledge:

- Experience in writing Epic / Feature / User Stories.

- Ability to write tech and business user stories, acceptance criteria etc.

Key liaison between business & tech stakeholders;.

- Experience in facilitating stakeholder workshops to define and document scope & requirements;.

- Experience working in an agile environment including the use of tools such as Jira, RALLY and Confluence will be considered favourably;.

Ability to clearly represent consolidated findings;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions;.

- Appreciation for working through difficult problems, is self-motivated to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
