Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Operations Manager located in Navi Mumbai.

- The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, customer relationship management, sales operations management and customer satisfaction.

- This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to internal sales team and customer service.

- Will be responsible for renewal of Purchase orders/Work orders, billings, collections etc and should be comfortable working with large data.

Qualifications

- Analytical Skills, Sales Operations Management, Communication, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service.

- More than 5 Years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration.

- Should have strong accounting knowledge.
