Position: Regional Sales Manager - North


Location: Gurgaon


About the Role:


iQuippo is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager North to strengthen our B2B sales operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned industrial sales professional with strong business development expertise and the ability to drive regional growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Drive B2B sales across the Northern region for metal, rubber, packaging, and plastics scrap


- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets


- Identify and onboard new buyers and sellers; build a strong and reliable database


- Manage and grow key client relationships and corporate accounts


- Lead business development initiatives and explore new market opportunities


- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional sales forecasts


- Prepare regular sales reports, MIS, and forecasts using CRM and MS Office tools


- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction


Qualifications & Experience:


- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)


- 10+ years of experience in industrial / B2B sales


- Proven track record in business development and account management


- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi


- Experience in scrap, industrial commodities, or related sectors is a strong advantage


- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
