Location: Bangalore.

Reporting to: Vice President - Engagements.

The Operations team plays a critical role in scaling our delivery capability, optimizing workforce deployment, and enhancing delivery economics.

Role Overview:

- As the Senior Manager - Resource Management & Operations, you will be responsible for enterprise-wide workforce planning, enabling delivery efficiency, and operational KPI governance.

- This role is central to ensuring iQuanti delivers efficiently on client engagements while managing productivity and financial health.

- You will oversee both the strategic structuring of the resource management function and the day-to-day operational execution of staffing, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Planning:

- Drive the design and implementation of a scalable framework for capacity planning, workforce optimization, and long-term sustainability, aligned with business growth targets.

- Analyze and own key operational metrics -such as revenue per FTE, utilization, billability, and margins-and define targeted interventions for underperformance.

- Conduct periodic assessments of current practices, models, and tools related to forecasting, resourcing intelligence, and staffing decisions to identify gaps and drive structured improvements.

Workforce Planning & Resource Allocation:

- Lead the end-to-end staffing life cycle: forecasting, allocation, onboarding, redeployment, and bench management - for all billable roles across functions and geographies.

- Maintain shortand medium-term resourcing forecasts aligned with pipeline and delivery plans.

- Ensure timely and quality fulfilment of resourcing needs for new, ramping, or backfilling projects.

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to translate forecasts into actionable hiring plans.

Utilization & Operational Efficiency:

- Track, govern, and improve delivery KPIs including billable utilization, Revenue per FTE, and resourcing cost ratios.

- Monitor bench levels, skill deployment patterns, and overall resource health; define interventions as needed.

- Drive optimization through internal mobility, cross-skilling strategies, and proactive ramp planning.

- Partner with Finance and Delivery to track engagement-level margins and recommend corrective actions.

Governance & Reporting:

- Establish centralized dashboards and metrics to monitor workforce health, productivity, and delivery efficiency metrics.

- Define and implement governance structures and data feedback loops to continuously enhance RM effectiveness.

- Recommend tooling improvements to enhance visibility and tracking of KPIs.

- Own governance forums for resourcing and operational metrics-weekly staffing reviews, monthly ops scorecards, pipeline readiness, and margin watchouts.

Cross-Functional Partnership:

- Act as the central coordination point among Delivery, HR, Finance and Talent Acquisition.

- Drive cross-departmental transparency around hiring needs, onboarding timing, and role readiness.

- Integrate RM considerations into organizational initiatives like training, upskilling, employee engagement, and performance enablement.

Required Qualifications.

- 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, or operations in a digital, IT, or consulting services environment.

- Structured thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Collaborative leader with a bias for execution and stakeholder alignment.

- Proven track record of handling a 200+ people unit, with demonstrated ability to plan and manage staffing requirements and capacity utilization across multiple projects.

- Strong command of delivery operations metrics and ability to connect staffing strategies to business outcomes.

- Ability to work with distributed teams and manage global operations.

- Prior experience in developing and running org-level programs.

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing is a great-to-have.
