Job Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced CLAT Prdouct Manager / Faculty from a National Law University (NLU) to build the product, mentor students and develop high-quality content for our CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) program. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the core CLAT sections and a passion for guiding law aspirants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage the complete academic roadmap for CLAT preparation, ensuring timely delivery of all subject modules including Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English, GK, and Quantitative Techniques.

- Develop, curate, and review high-quality content (lectures, mock tests, quizzes, assignments) aligned with the latest CLAT pattern and exam trends.

- Develop high-quality content, study material, and mock tests for CLAT.

- Continuously improve the CLAT product by integrating student feedback, staying updated with industry trends, and supporting marketing and outreach activities to drive enrollments.

- Track student progress and provide personalized feedback.

Requirements:

- Must be an NLU graduate (Bachelor's/Master's in Law).

- Strong expertise in at least one or more of the CLAT sections.

- Prior experience of teaching or content development experience in CLAT or other law entrance exams.

- Prior experience in mentoring students and resolving doubts.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and online teaching tools.
