About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a key transformation project in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.

- Act as a bridge between business operations and IT teams.

- Analyze and improve business processes with a focus on data quality and system integration.

- Prepare project documentation such as BRDs, use cases, flow diagrams, and UAT plans.

- Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure successful delivery.

- Lead requirement workshops and manage communication between cross-functional teams.

- Create test plans and support user acceptance testing.

- Maintain issue logs, meeting notes, and status updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Must have worked in the Financial Services / BFSI domain.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in large-scale transformation projects.

- Proficiency in documentation and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
