About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary professional at the Partner level to lead our IPO Advisory Practice. The role demands deep expertise in equity capital markets, IPO readiness, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and financial strategy. The Partner will spearhead client engagements, provide strategic leadership, and drive business growth in the IPO advisory vertical.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead IPO readiness assessments including financial, legal, and operational preparedness of clients.

- Advise clients on capital structure, corporate governance, and SEBI / stock exchange compliance.

- Oversee preparation and review of offer documents, DRHP, RHP, and financial disclosures in line with SEBI and other regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with stakeholders - investment bankers, legal advisors, regulators, auditors, and stock exchanges.

- Develop and execute strategies for equity fund raising (IPO, FPO, Rights Issue, QIP, etc.).

- Provide valuation and financial modelling insights to support pricing and investor positioning.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams delivering IPO advisory and capital market services.

- Drive business development initiatives, expand client base, and establish strong relationships with corporates, promoters, and PE/VC funds.

- Represent the firm in industry forums, regulatory bodies, and investor networks.

Desired Profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic background; additional qualifications like CFA, MBA (Finance), or Company Secretary preferred.

- 15-20+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, capital markets, or Big 4 advisory with significant exposure to IPOs.

- Proven track record of leading IPO transactions end-to-end.

- Strong understanding of SEBI, Companies Act, ICDR Regulations, FEMA, and Listing Guidelines.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

- Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale a practice area.
