Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead based in Kochi.
- The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, maintain strong relationships with customers, and ensure the team meets sales targets.
- Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing training and guidance to team members to achieve set goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong Team Management and Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and formulate strategic decisions.
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service abilities for building client relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
- Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing effective sales strategies and processes.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in automation or related industries is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
