IP Author - Senior Product Manager

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager based in India to lead product development with our India-based engineering team. You'll be the central connector between our global leadership team, customers, and developers-turning vision into shipped, high-quality product.

You will own major product pillars and play a key role in building our product culture and processes as we scale.

What you'll do

- Own 1-2 major product domains end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, delivery, and iteration.

- Partner closely with the India-based engineering team to plan sprints, manage tradeoffs, and ensure shipping quality.

- Conduct discovery with users globally (US, EU, India) and synthesize their needs into clear product direction.

- Create detailed PRDs, user flows, and wireframe-level specs when needed.

- Prioritize ruthlessly across new features, tech debt, and polish in collaboration with engineering leadership.

- Define and track OKRs and product metrics; use data to identify opportunities and measure success.

- Mentor junior PMs or product-minded teammates as we grow the team.

- Help establish and refine product processes (grooming, planning, retros, discovery rituals).

What you've done

- 6-10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably workflow-heavy products.

- Strong track record of building products with distributed engineering teams (India-based experience is ideal).

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex feature areas with multiple stakeholders.

- Comfortable working with technical topics (APIs, integrations, data models) and speaking engineers' language.

- Experience working with international customers/stakeholders, especially US-based teams.

Nice to have:

Legal-tech, IP, or enterprise compliance product experience

Early-stage / 0- 1 or 1- 10 product-building experience
