- MUST HAVE QUALIFICATION:Sales experience in Agri Implement Industry 8-12 years.
- Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India (Travel across assigned territories as required).
- Reporting To:Director Sales.
Role Purpose:
Lead and drive sales of agricultural drone solutions across targeted regions, ensuring market penetration, dealer network growth, and revenue achievement, while positioning IoTechWorld as a leader in Agri-drone technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Identify and prioritize high-potential markets for agricultural drones.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns and seasonal sales drives.
Dealer & Channel Development:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage dealer/distributor network across regions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and monitor dealer performance.
- Ensure dealer training on product, sales, and after-sales processes.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with large farmers, cooperatives, FPOs, and agri-input companies.
- Lead B2B partnerships for bulk drone purchases or leasing models.
- Engage with government departments for subsidy-driven sales.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor regional sales managers and field sales teams.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and sales dashboards.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and market visits.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Provide insights to marketing and product teams for strategy refinement.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and MIS reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of annual sales & revenue targets.
- Dealer network expansion & activation.
- Market share growth in assigned territories.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.
- Timely reporting & forecast accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture OR MBA Agri-Business, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 0812 years of experience in Agri-equipment / drone / farm machinery (Agri implements) sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong network within the agriculture ecosystem (dealers, FPOs, govt bodies).
