
Requirement Summary / Job Brief:
The Salesforce Competency & Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization, ensuring technical excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives. This role combines strategic leadership of the Salesforce practice (competency) with hands-on delivery oversight, requiring deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, project management, and team leadership.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
You will be part of the Digital Engineering Services team at iOPEX which is a new-generation Digital Service Solution Provider, transforming the way businesses operate in a digitally connected world. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee a portfolio of Salesforce initiatives, providing strategic direction, resource management, and risk mitigation.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce competency within the organization, including talent development, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, developers, QA, and operations) to deliver integrated solutions).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, quality standards, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and coach technical and functional Salesforce teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for solution expansion, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Ensure compliance with data quality, data governance, and security standards.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and proposal developments
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Overall 15+ years of progressive experience in IT solution design, systems development or technology consulting with a strong background in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including cloud-based principles (SaaS, PaaS), integration patterns, and data modeling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially during pre-sales activities
- Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce best practices, release management, and governance strategies to ensure solution quality and compliance
Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for complex business needs

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- iOPEX compensation package for the role includes a Base Salary plus a Bonus component linked to performance.
- Performance will be measured based on the KRAs and performance bonus will be processed every 6 months.
- Eligible for 12 Casual and 14 planned leaves post confirmation as per company policy.
